Looking for accomodation

Moving for a new job at APHA Weybridge, looking for accommodation within 1/2hr commute so Guildford and surrounding areas. I have previously lived with a pensioner in Staffordshire for over 5years who can give references. I am tidy, responsible and would like my new accommodation to feel like home.

I am happy to live with pets. Must have washing machine and ideally drying facilities (or allowed to use own dryer in well-ventilated area). Ensuite would be a bonus or shared bathroom with low occupany. Car driver so happy somewhere rural -Parking space or suitable near by parking.
