33 year old professional in Manchester

Hi! I'm looking for a room in a friendly houseshare or flatshare in Manchester, ideally somewhere with a bit of character.

A bit about me: My day job is in marketing and I also work freelance running online D&D sessions for neurodivergent young people. I work from home full-time (would be in my own room), but if that feels like a lot for a shared space, I'm more than happy to explore coworking options nearby!

I plan to start my Level 4 qualification in counselling at the start of next year.

Outside of work, I do standup comedy, creative writing, have recently taken up watercolours and would love to get back into my strength training routine.

I'm pretty easygoing, respectful of common spaces and quiet hours, and would love to live somewhere with people I genuinely get on with, while still all being happy with having our own time and space.

I'm a pragmatic, solutions-oriented type of person, and very happy to split the cost of a cleaner for shared spaces if that's of interest.

I currently live in Glossop but I'm looking to move into the city, and I'd love to find a place soon (my budget's flexible, so happy to talk numbers depending on the room and location).
