Professional looking for Room

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent in North London, ideally well connected to the Victoria Line, to move in from July- I have flexibility with my moving date. My budget is max £1050 including bills. I work full time in Sustainability in Local Government and will be working from home 1-4 days per week. Therefore I am looking for a room with space for a desk so I can work from home comfortably. I also would like enough floor space for a yoga mat too ideally.

I'm a friendly person who likes to hang out with flatmates and explore London together, but I also respect people's privacy and alone time. I am respectful of others e. g. not being loud, keeping common areas tidy and split household chores. I am a vegetarian but don't mind who I share with. I am in my late twenties (on the right in the photo) and in my spare time I’m part of a Choir, enjoy yoga and walks, and looking for charity shop bargains.
