Couple looking for a double room / flat for sublet

My partner Sam and I are looking for a room / flat to sublet from September - December 2026 before going to NZ for 5 weeks (Sam is a kiwi, I'm half kiwi, half Irish).

I work in freelance arts education with Forward Arts Foundation, and hospitality. I'm also a writer. Sam is a musician and works in data asset management for the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

We're ideally looking for a one bed flat to sublet, or a double room in a shared house. We have references from previous landlords, and Sam owns a house in NZ so can provide a reference from his tenant also.

We have lived in shared houses, including community houses, so know how to share space, keep a home tidy, and communicate clearly. We both love to cook and are happy to share meals, and are generally very sociable!
