Looking for a calm and creative home 🌞

Hi,

I'm Luanda - a 29 year old actor, creative artist and theatre foh worker. My ideal home consists of people who respect each other and who want to make the space our own. I'd love to live with people who are up for occasional shared meals and board games (currently trying to get good at chess ... but willing to bring a dramatically competitive game of connect 4 to the table for now :')). It's also important to me that my house mates are comfortable in their own company for days when we all need to re-charge.

As a creative, it would be amazing if my flatmates had passions or interests in that realm but if you're an intellectual baddie, I won't hold it against you ;)

I'd love lots of natural light in my room & in our home and to even be walking distance from a park. It would be great to find a double room between £700 - £800 but willing to go a bit over this for the right house and depending on how much bills come to 💸

I want to live with emotionally mature people who share similar values (rob this England? never kissed a tory?) Also I'm a they/she queer bbes so I'm looking for a queer friendly house with genuine anti-racists :)

I have to leave my home by the end of February so I'm hoping to be secure in my new place before then. However I will force my friends to house me if I can't meet my deadline in the meantime. I'd love to meet you in person and see if we would vibe in a house.

P. S. I'm recently sober and completely happy to be around people drinking or doing other things but if your house is a party house / prioritises substance centred hangs, it's probably not for me right now <3 But that doesn't change my love for music and going out dancing!
