Looking for friendly Southside flatshare for April

I'm planning a move to the Southside in the coming weeks, and am currently based in Newcastle after a few years down in Cardiff. I previously studied in Glasgow and still have close friends and family here, so this feels like a natural move.

I work mostly remotely, with a couple of office days in Edinburgh each week, so I appreciate a space that’s comfortable and well-looked-after. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing to live with. I already have a good circle of friends and family in Glasgow, but I’d ideally like to live somewhere that also enjoys the occasional shared meal or hangout to build a nice dynamic at home.
