Looking for a flat around South Ldn + Tube Access

Hi! I’m Michael, a 26 year old working full time in IT, looking for my next home in South or South West London (Tooting, Brixton, Stockwell, Clapham, Elephant and Castle, Canada Water area). Ideally 15 mins or so to a Tube line is required as well, not Overground or National Rail.

I’m after an en-suite double with space for a decent desk as I work from home 3 days a week. Budget up to £1,200/month including bills.

A bit about me: I’m social and love hanging out in the living room, grabbing drinks or exploring local bars and pubs, but I’m also very happy in my own company. Also a big raver as well, I can often be found at the Cause or Fold.

I like the idea of a house that cooks together occasionally and gets on but is happy to do their own thing. I have lots of friends that live around these areas as well so I’ll be out and about.

I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for somewhere to properly settle into as I plan to be in London for the future.

An LGBT-friendly household is really important to me as I’m gay. I’d love to hear from existing housemates rather than agents or landlords.
