Quiet 2-3 bed house/flat required

I am a 40 yr old male working as a software developer. I'm looking for a 2-3 bed house or flat (furnished) or quiet house-share. Available immediately. The following would be ideal:-

- Close proximity to a 24hr Gym (5-10 min walk)
- A room with a desk & chair.

I am available to move immediately
however I am in no rush to move and will take the time required to find a suitable arrangement.
