Self Contained Annex or Spare Room

Due to a work relocation to the Lydd area in April 2027 I'm starting to look at accommodation options.

I'm a professional, early 40s, non smoking male. Into fitness, socialising, the usual bits n pieces. Respectful of others and looking for a nice relaxed, friendly environment.

I prefer live in landlord arrangements or ideally a self contained annex. I work shifts including nights and weekends and am looking at an all week option.

A double room with ensuite would be ideal, and off road parking even better plus access to the usual amenities and rent inclusive of bills.

If you think you might have something suitable please let me know. The stated £500 budget is my pcm ideal amount but I'll consider higher amounts.

I'm not looking to buddy up or for student shares. I can supply references as required.

Rye or surrounding area, 30 mins max from Lydd area.
