*** I have to emphasis this due to the amount of people who cannot seem to read. Please do not offer anything more than £250 pcm as this is not suitable. I am only requiring a room for approx. 14-17 days per month due to working away from my home. I do not require any storage space so the room can be rented out on the other days. I know a year in advance which days i would require a room***
Seeking a room around London and the home counties, ie, Brighton, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Bedford, Cambridge, Peterborough, Crawley, Gatwick and anywhere in London and the surrounding London borders. A box room, or even a sofa bed will be sufficient as it's just a space to sleep.
I am a clean and tidy individual, and respectful towards others. Good professional working history. I work as a supervisor for a rail company based in London.
My home is in the North so I am seeking a small room to commute into London when working away. I will only need to stay in the room for around 16 days per month at most.
I am fairly active. Enjoy travelling, football, philosophy, comedy and food. I do volunteer work with the foodbanks and refugee outreach.
I have lived abroad so have a good world view. I like clean and tidy places.
