I am a female aged 34 looking for a double room or a large single room. I am available to move from 30/06/2026 and have a budget of £160 per week - I can pay £650 a month on rent with all bills included. I'm not fussy with who I share with, so long as they're working professionals only. I work full time in the city centre, I also have an indoor cat that causes no issues - he just gets a little vocal at times but he's no bother at all and would spend his time in the room that I rent out as he's too timid to be around other people.
