Looking for a new home

I am looking for a double room, location flexible, anywhere around SW London, Epsom or Kingston. Budget is around 800 with bills.

Move in date is super flexible, any time over the sping or summer, just getting ball rolling as may take a while to find the right fit.

A bit about me, I am a mature student, I currently studying psychology at Kingston university, I like all the usual things, hiking, seeing friends, gigs, travelling ect. I am in my 30s so would ideally be looking for somewhere homely where I can settle. ☺️

I have been living with my brother for the last 2 years and massively missing female energy 😂

I am quite a busy person, as well as my studies I work part time and pet sit but would nice to living with like minded people for the odd pub visit and tv binge!
