Looking for a New Home

Hi, i am currently looking for a flat to rent in Bristol. Ideally I’d like my own place or a studio but am open to shared should it be possible.

I am currently in a tenancy of a two bed flat in bedminster however I’m paying £1000 a month on my own and it’s just no viable for me anymore.

I am a self employed cleaner, part time bar staff and I go to university as a music student! I have my own decks and speakers but I am very conscious of other people so you wouldn’t need to worry about me playing music late etc.

I can give 4 weeks notice so available to move within that time! I can supply references and also have a guarantor who earns over 32k per year!

I have a cat, he’s nearly one years old. He is very friendly so If shared would need to be cat friendly 🐈 please contact me if I fit what you’re looking for!
