# Who?
## I am

I currently live in East Anglia (i. e. Suffolk), fairly close to where I was born and grew up

I WFH (except when I'm contracting in-house) as a software/web developer & designer and run my own business

I travelled abroad (i. e. EU) for most of the past decade and returned to the UK in 2020, during COVID and an ongoing housing crisis, which wasn't/isn't ideal 😬. Property ownership is awkward with self-employment and renting is awkward with a pet so, until I find something suitable long-term, lodging is filling the gap.

I'm mindful about working to live (rather than living to work 😩) so I can indulge my other interests and spend time outdoors with my dog (i. e. 7 year old, unneutered male, field-bred English Springer Spaniel - delightful dog, no issues, kept extremely clean)

I do some part-time work and/or volunteering with local community-supported agriculture and will try to continue this if/when I move and extend this to disability / mental health type orgs in 2024; after some recent diagnosed neurodevelopmental (ND) / mental disorders (e. g. ASD, ADHD & anxiety/OCD) which I can be super candid about if you care to know

Besides typical ND stuff I would describe my personality as aware, creative, curious, empathetic (🤔🫠), hopeful, humble, mindful, patient, stoic
