I'm currently looking at East Village, Tottenham Hale, Surrey Quays, Woolwich, and Abbey Wood. A two-bed new(ish) build, most likely - I'm tired of tired Victorian/Edwardian rentals with single glazing and uneven floors. Aiming for 5mins walk from a tube/train for easy access.
