I'm Giorgio, a professional Business Developer for a B2B business development lead generation agency, currently on the lookout for a new place to call home in London.

I’m seeking a friendly and respectful environment where I can settle in and contribute to a harmonious living space.

A bit about me:
I’m easygoing, cooperative, and organised. I pride myself on keeping things tidy and ensuring that shared spaces are always well-maintained. I value peace and cleanliness, and I’m always considerate of others' space and privacy.

What I enjoy:
In my free time, I like to relax with some meditation, cook delicious meals (of course I love arranging dinners with my housemates) and have cozy movie nights or social hangouts. Whether it’s a quiet evening in or occasional socialising, I understand the importance of balancing togetherness and personal space.

What I’m looking for:

Location: Open to West, East, North, South London – very flexible with areas. I work in Covent Garden so possibly no far than 30/45 minutes.

Budget: £700-£850/month (depending on the place).

Preferences: I’m looking for a tidy, friendly household with easygoing housemates. A living room is very important.
