Tidy down to earth bloke

I currently work for Halfords in Stanway as a driver and have been there for five years in full-time employment and I’m currently living in Tiptree, but there has been a recent change in personal circumstances that is forcing me to find alternative accommodation (I will explain this properly to any future landlord) but it doesn’t affect my job in any way. I’m clean very tidy very respectful. I make sure that my rent is paid on time if not just before the date that it’s due, I currently live in a self-contained annex. I would love to find something similar but would also be happy to rent a room in someone’s house., I am looking for a permanent place to live for seven days a week and I would be looking at long-term, 3years plus.. I can provide a reference if it is necessary and also proof of employment/ income.
