1 bed flat/double room in a tidy household wanted!

Hi! My name is Emilia and I am a researcher at the University of St Andrews. I am looking for a short-term accommodation in St Andrews or Dundee ideally from 01 October to 15 December 2026. I am a bit flexible with dates.

I am looking for a studio flat, a one-bed flat, or a room in a house with 2/3 rooms max, a bit renovated on the inside. I am sociable but also like to keep for myself, and I am really keen to find a place which is clean, tidy and where we respect each other spaces. Ideally, a sociable house but not a party house :)

During my free time, I usually spend time outdoors cycling, playing squash, and meeting up with friends. I am also into music, reading, and hiking.
