Rolling let wanted from early August

Hi :) I’m working full-time in the city centre, looking for a furnished room with bills included.

Ideally, I'd like a short-term or rolling arrangement for roughly 2–4 months starting in August. I'm reliable with rent, and have a hybrid work schedule (majority of days are in the office)

I'm exceptionally clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Outside of work, I keep an active routine, hit the gym, and enjoy a peaceful living environment.
