Chill, tidy, friendly professional

Greetings all!

I am looking for a room to rent beginning April - May 2024 (possibly earlier) for a minimum of three months and a maximum of six months to start. My job is a hybrid remote affair with work from home about 4 days per week M-F.

I am clean, tidy, and chill. Enjoy time to myself as well as with others.. I have many hobbies, including acoustic/classical guitar, photography, cooking, gardening, hiking, and more. Due to the work-from-home conditions of my work, I will need a reasonably quiet room that has a desk if possible.

Real quick - as one of them 'music folk' I do like to practice guitar quite regularly. I keep it down, (its acoustic too so not loud to begin with) and totally down to work around your schedule.
