Mature professional looking 4 right place/roomies

I am casually looking for a room to rent for a minimum of six months to a year. My job is currently hybrid remote and I work from home the majority of days per month - I can make sure those Amazon deliveries get picked up!

I am tidy, considerate, quiet, and chill. I mostly keep home time to myself but happy to socialize from time to time. I have many hobbies, including acoustic/classical guitar, reading, photography, cooking, gardening, hiking, and more. I also enjoy DIY projects, from home to auto care. Happy to help out in those areas if ever needed.

As I do play acoustic guitar I need to practice - but will totally work around your schedule.

My budget for rent is around 800. Looking to stick around the Leytonstone area ideally, but other nearby areas along/near Central line are good too.

Currently on a month to month after completing a year's stay at my current house share. I need to give at least a one month's notice before I can go.

I feel others might say Im very easy to get along with, and prefers a happy shop.
