Friendly professional looking for a room

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a room in Shepherd’s Bush or the surrounding areas, ideally somewhere with good transport links nearby. I’ll be starting a new role from the middle of September, so being close to the area would be ideal.

I’m 28, originally from Northern Ireland, and I’m moving back to London after spending some time in portugal. I’ll be working in the mental health and recovery field, supporting people affected by mental health and substance misuse challenges. I’ll be working from the office five days a week, so I’m looking for a home where I can relax in the evenings and enjoy living with others.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I enjoy living with people who are friendly and sociable, but I also appreciate everyone having their own routines and space. I like a home that feels welcoming ....somewhere you can have a chat, share a laugh and occasionally do something together, while still respecting each other’s privacy.

I’m ideally looking for a room in a friendly house or flat share with considerate people. I’m open to different arrangements and happy to meet potential housemates beforehand. (LGBT+ friendly house is ideal).

**Budget:** £750–£950 per month including bills
**Move-in date:** Mid-September / flexible
