Looking for buddy up/room in leeds or Manchester

Hi there, my name is Charlotte and I am 28 years old working in tech sales. I am looking for someone to buddy up with, preferably a girl but I have lived with just boys before and been absolutely fine. I am a very social but definitely need my alone time too so. Massive into my running, currently doing a pilates qualification on the side of my work commitments & big into anything outside and wholesome. Quite a balanced person, still into my night out's and pub trips (although not as frequent as they used to be back in my early 20s haha).

Very laid back person and looking for similar, I am incredibly clean and considerate of other people's space :) Quick flag I am fully remote although have to go to London a few times a month so will be working from the flat (or coffee shops) a lot of the time. I do try keep myself out of the house as much as poss tho :)
