Hey friends! My friend and I are looking for 1-2 housemate(s) to join us in a flatshare in London.

About us:
🙋‍♀️ Jill, the taller one and current red head: I’m 26 and Canadian, though I also hold a UK passport thanks to dual citizenship. I’ve been in the UK since August 2021, spending my first 2.5 years in Liverpool before moving to London in January 2024 for a job. I work full time in social media and communications at a charity. I love a walk in the city with a bubble tea in hand, doing touristy things, seeing musicals 🎭, and catching up at the cinema🍿. I’m also into film photography and going to gigs 📸. I’m always up for travel, especially at weekends ✈️. I’m a big fan of true crime docs and binging random crime and reality shows. I come with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and NOW TV 📺. I also love eating out, and my go-to right now is dim sum and Japanese BBQ 🍱.

🙋‍♀️ Saan, the shorter one and current blonde: I’m 25 and have been living in London for nearly three years. I was born and raised in Northern Ireland but also spent a few years in Newcastle.
I work full time in healthcare advertising. When I’m not working, I enjoy trying out new restaurants, cooking & hosting friends, reading🌶️, and anything artsy but mostly nail art, journalling and photography📸. You can also easily convince me for a few drinks at the pub 🍻. I’ve been house and flat sharing for nearly seven years, so I’d like to think I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, and I’d ask the same of my potential housemate.

About us
We’re both easygoing, currently live together and are already good friends so we’re excited to find someone who wants to be genuine friends with us too, not just housemates. We love our plants🪴, travelling together, and going to concerts (Bruno Mars, Bad Bunny and Harry Styles to name a few), and we enjoy exploring the city and visiting museums, but we’re just as happy with a quiet night in, a takeaway, and a good film 🛋️.
Equally, we are also always looking for a new hobbies if you want to give something a go - we can join for emotional support!

⏰ We’d love to buddy up ASAP: We’ve already got a few flats lined up and have viewings booked this weekend and early next week, so we’re hoping to find our third housemate quickly.

📅 Move-in date: End of September to beginning of November.

📍 Location: Preferably zone 1 to 2, but anywhere in London with good transport links, ideally near an underground station.

🏡 The building: We’re looking for a cozy, well-maintained, fully furnished flat with a living room where we can all relax and hang out together.

🧹 Cleanliness: We’re both tidy and clean and will happily contribute to keeping communal spaces in good shape.

About you:
💰 Rent: Around £800 to £900 excluding bills.

🛏️ Room: A single or double room with good storage would be ideal.

What we’re looking for in a housemate:
