26-year-old Professional Looking for a Room

Hey! I’m a 26-year-old professional working in the music industry, currently looking for a single or double room in a friendly, clean and respectful house/flat.

I work across music, A&R, artist development, events and DJing, so I’m passionate about music and the creative industry. I’m generally easy-going, sociable and respectful of other people’s space, while also being tidy and considerate at home.

What I’m looking for:

- Single or double room
- Bills included preferred
- Friendly and respectful housemates
- Good transport links
- Ideally London, particularly South/Southeast London, but open to other areas
- A place I can comfortably call home

I’m happy living with professionals or other creatives and would ideally like somewhere with a good balance between being social and having personal space.
