Part time room SE - Rotherhithe/Peckham/Nunhead

I am coming back to London (lived here twenty years previously) and looking to live and work (events) in the Rotherhithe, Peckham & Nunhead areas, I like it there as I’ve got friends settled there and it’s one corner of London that there is still a nice sense of community.

I will require the room around twenty days a month only, the rest of the time I’ll be at my parents in rural Yorkshire, they’ve had a lot of health issues recently so I need to take care of that in my spare time.

Might be bit less than twenty or a tiny bit over perhaps that can be negotiated, I will need the place for weekends for sure as that’s when the majority of my work will be, so it’s not a mon-Fri let I need.

I’m clean tidy respectful, animal lover, if you’ve got cats or dogs more than happy to chip in with walks etc when I’m free.

I have a car so some form of parking would be great if not I may be able to sort this at a friends, depends on the distance to the accommodation.

I’m uber friendly, sociable, keen cook, although I’ll be out a lot working or any spare time out on my bike enjoying London.
