Double room wanted with outdoor space

I’m a civil servant, usually working in central London four days a week and one day at home. Outside of work, I’m into theatre, food (especially baking), volunteering, gardening, martial arts and board games.

I’ve lived in Earlsfield for about seven and a half years but my landlord is selling, so I’m looking for a new home near there.

I'm not fussy with who I live with but I'm looking for someone who is similar to me, friendly, tidy and pretty relaxed. I enjoy a chat and hanging out with others in the house, but I’m also respectful of people’s personal space.
