Moving to London from far away Scotland

Hello :)

Moving to the Big City from Scotland, and looking for a room in a chill houseshare (mid-20s/30s, LGBTQ+ friendly🏳️‍⚧️, cats/houseplants are a plus) for late September/early October (possible move-in days 27/09 or 11/10). Open to moving in or buddying up but (⚠️) might move out in a year.
Needs: a desk, wifi, a washing machine, a clean kitchen.
Preferences: a shared living room, a big kitchen, near green spaces.
Working in Piccadilly/Bloomsbury but open to anywhere with less than three tube connections.

📋 ON PAPER
26-years-old grad student (council taxes exempt), cis queer woman (she/her), new to London but not to big cities. I have a weekend job lined-up and will be at uni during the week, but I am usually down to hang out in the evenings (big board game/movie nights enthusiast). I also have an early morning job which requires me to speak to people, which could be an issue depending on insulation (although my current housemate, who is normally a very light sleeper, has not had any trouble).

I love dancing but not clubbing, pub quizzes but not drinking, smoking makes me cry (although I don't mind if you do), and because of my schedule I'm usually keen on early nights (10/11pm). 10y of house-sharing, almost 3y with my current housemate/live-in landlady (refs available).
