Hi, I'm looking for a studio or 1 bed flat (£1,200), or 1 bed with an en-suite (£700-900), in a small share. Available to move asap, (not sure why Spareroom shows Nov 2024)
My budget can be over £700-1200 for the right place.
Wanting to share with 1 professionals who would be full time employed, working office hours. Non smokers/vapers, sorry, I'm allergic.
Besides the areas I selected from the list, the flat/house can be in other towns, as long as it's a safe location with good public transport links. I don't need a parking space in the house.
I work full time and I study after work and on weekends.
