Professional seeking new home

I’m a 35-year-old professional who has lived in the Woolwich area for the past 4 years. I’ve been working full-time for a utilities company based in Reading for the past 7 years, and I currently work from home 4 days a week, 9–5.

I’m looking for somewhere I can settle into long term and, ideally, a warm and welcoming home with a calm environment. As I work from home most of the week, having a comfortable and peaceful space to work from my room would also be required.

I’d ideally like to live with a non-smoker, someone who enjoys the occasional movie or TV binge, takeaway night or a bit of a chat, but who also appreciates having their own time and space.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going, and I like to think I’m a kind and considerate person to live with. I’m looking for a home that feels comfortable and friendly, rather than simply somewhere to rent.
