28yo | creative | clean | rent upfront | guarantor

Hi! I’m a 28 year old (post)postgraduate looking for a welcoming and sociable house/flat share in London. I finished my masters degree in MA Gender, Media and Culture in September 2025. As a long term goal, I am looking to apply for a PhD and pursue a career in academia.

I’m in a transition period of looking for work but I am able to provide rent upfront and a UK guarantor. I pride myself on being a financially secure tenant, and excellent references from my previous landlord can attest to this.

I’m a very clean housemate and respectful of shared spaces. I want to live in a household that feels like a home where we can go to the pub, watch films and maybe even cook together (I’m great at baking)!

I’m also very respectful of everyone’s need for a quiet evening or some downtime. I love to get out during the day, go for long walks with my headphones in, take photographs and relax in coffee shops with my creative writing. Mostly I can be found at live music events around London - feel free to join me!
