Musician looking for a double room in SE

Hello,

I'm looking for a spacious double in southeast London. Ideally close to transport links.

A big priority for me is to live with other musicians and artists. I intend to find a place that has enough space for us all to keep up with our practices and create; it's so important.

A huge perk to having me as a flatmate is the amount of gigs and events I work at/ can get a guest list for. I would love to live with others who are like-minded and share my passions. I really enjoy recommendations and skills being passed on to me just through the osmosis of being together. So, YES, I will come with you to the Exhibition/Museum/Gig/Gallery/Dancing.

I like a stress-free, clean environment and to be respectful of other people's workloads. Let's be a team! I understand people need boundaries, and being sociable all the time is unrealistic. That being said, I love a morning/evening catch-up, sharing meals, and scheming!
