Seeking a room for me and my dog!

Looking for a room in a clean house, anywhere within 40 minutes commute of central. I am happy to share with any age/gender, as long as they are friendly but also understand personal space! I have a small dog as seen in my picture, she is super friendly with both people and other animals, and it is absolutely essential she comes with me - she will accompany me to any viewings 🐶. We need pet friendly people, who like being around dogs, however she comes to work with me most days as well as out and about so is very rarely left on her own. I’m a sociable northerner who loves to go on days out but also enjoys cosy nights in so anyone with the same attitude would be brilliant.
