I am looking for a room for my brother ( the person whos details ive given)
He's coming out of a bad situation.
Hes 34, he works in The Range. He is currently living with my mum ( temporarily) but urgently needs a room within the next week
He does smoke but has stated that he will be willing to give it up.
Unfortunately due to the situation we arent able to afford any more than the max rent as a deposit, which will obviously come with a month's rent.
