Hi! We’re Dejon (29) and Matthew (23), two friendly professionals looking for new housemates to join our home in West Hampstead.

We work in research and tech and are both clean, respectful and easygoing. We enjoy a relaxed home where people are happy to have a chat, watch something together or grab a drink, while also respecting everyone having their own space.

We’re looking for someone like-minded who wants to make the house feel like a home rather than just renting a room.

The house has great transport links with the Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink nearby. It also has 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, a garden and washer/dryer.

The house is also getting a brand new living room extension which will be completed before move-in. It’s adding around 14sqm of extra living space, creating a much bigger communal area while still keeping a good-sized garden.
