A semi-retired, active, and independent British female seeks a self-contained studio or one-bedroom flat (with a private kitchen and shower room/bathroom). An unfurnished flat is fine, but white goods are essential. Rentals with bills not included are also OK with me. I have no major expenses, no debts, and no CCJs.
