Looking for house share - willing to relocate

I am: a 51 year old professional male looking for a quiet, safe and peaceful place to live.
I am full time employed and willing to move out of Nottinghamshire altogether. I am also a non-smoker. I don't drive, so I would like to be close to good public transport links.

I require a reasonably sized bedroom. I prefer a room with an en-suite bathroom.
I will require a desk big enough to place a monitor and keyboard/mouse. I have my own chair if that helps.
All bills must be included (no hidden bills or fees whatsoever).
A landlord or agent who will repair/replace things quickly without hassle.
Other tenants should be hygienic and respectful.
Either a pet free zone or happy to live with cats. I will not live with loud, smelly or dangerous pets.
