My name is Igor Gritco, I am 30 years old, and I am looking for a quiet, long-term room in Liverpool. I am arriving in Liverpool on the evening of July 3rd (around 8 PM) and would love to find a place by then. About me: I am a very quiet, non-drinking, and non-smoking person. I lead a healthy lifestyle and do sports. I previously lived and worked in the UK from 2019 to 2022 but had to return home due to family reasons. Now I am back for good. I have a valid Settled Status (full right to live and work in the UK).Employment & Background: I have a degree/diploma as a sports coach and I am planning to find a job in a local gym or sports club here in Liverpool. My English is basic at the moment, but I am learning quickly, and I believe good people can always understand each other!

Budget & Conditions: Budget: £350 – £400 per month (bills included preferred).Payment: My UK bank card has recently expired, so I cannot pay a standard deposit via bank transfer on day one. However, to show my financial reliability, I am ready to pay 2 months of rent upfront in cash upon moving in. I am very clean, respectful of other people's privacy, and always keep common areas tidy.
