Professional guy seeks a double room

I am a professional guy aged 40 (just) looking for a double room.
I am available to move from end of June 2024 and have a budget of £900 pcm. £900 is excluding bills

I would prefer to share with a guy or guys, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

I have a little doggy, who is also friendly with other dogs (if you have one). She's pretty chilled out and low maintenance.

I work on the trains generally 4-5 times a week, and work shifts which is ideal because if I'm on lates then you'll have the place to yourself. If on the earlys then don't worry, I'll try and leave as quiet as possible.

I'm a laid back guy, if you want mates over etc then I don't expect to be asked. If we are both off, then maybe go out for drinks or food, or eat at home. I'm into going out, holidays etc and will always be welcomed to join!
