Professional guy seeks a double room

I am a professional guy aged 42 looking for a double room.
I am available to move from Aug 2026 and have a budget of £1000 pcm. £1000 is excluding bills

I would prefer to share with a guy or guys, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

I have a little doggy, who is also friendly with other dogs (if you have one). She's pretty chilled out and low maintenance.

I work for the Railways, mainly from home but occasionally I'll be out and about, doing station visits or in-person meetings. Ideally the apartment block will have some co-working spaces and amenities.

I'm a laid back guy, if you want mates over etc then I don't expect to be asked. If we are both off, then maybe go out for drinks or food, or eat at home. I'm into going out, holidays etc and you'd always be welcomed to join!
