Professional looking for room in Maida Vale area

Hi, I’m Mark, 33, and I’m moving to London this summer for a new professional role and long-term move.

I’m looking for a room in a clean, calm and well-kept flat, ideally in North West London around Maida Vale, Queen’s Park or West Hampstead.

I’ll be working in Paddington around 3 days a week, so I’m looking for somewhere with a straightforward commute, but also somewhere that feels settled and easy to live in day-to-day.

I’ve lived in house shares for several years, so I’m very used to shared living. I’m tidy, respectful and keep things fairly low-key during the week. Outside of work I tend to have a relaxed routine, cafés, walks, TV, and the occasional drink rather than big nights out.

Ideally looking to live with other professionals who want a comfortable, easy-going home.
