House Share/Buddy Up in SW London
Hi! I'm Matt, 29 and work clinical research within the NHS. Currently rent a flat between Brixton/Herne Hill but landord is selling so I'm looking for a flatshare to meet some new people and also reduce bills slightly. Preference is the stay in the same SW area.
Ideally want to live with working professionals of a similar age who are up for socialising but also have their own things going on. I love a pub trip and spend a lot of my spare time playing football/tennis as well as running. As a flatmate, I really value a space that's calm but also feels like a proper home rather than renting a room. Let me know if you think I'd be a good fit to either buddy up or take a spare room.
