Professional male seeks 4-5 nights rental

Hi All,

I'm a 38-year old professional English male in full-time employment working as a Civil Servant. I’m a non-smoker, used to shared arrangements.

I'm looking for a Monday - Friday rental to cut commuting time from Hertfordshire to Moorgate and be closer to my daughter who lives in zone 1 with her mother.
My job requires 3 days working in the office from 8.30am - 5pm. I usually head to the gym from 5pm-6.30pm.

I am looking for a 4-5 day per week rental but I often stay at my daughter's when her mother is travelling for work. If I did become your tenant, the likelihood is that I would be there 3 nights per week on average. I have no need for Friday - Sunday nights.

I can provide full references if required.

My budget is £400 per month.
