I'm a 38-year old professional English male in full-time employment working as a Civil Servant. I’m a non-smoker, used to shared arrangements.
I'm looking for a Monday night - Friday morning rental to cut commuting time from Hertfordshire to Moorgate and be closer to my London friends during the week.
My job requires 3-4 days working in the office from 8.30am - 5pm. I usually head to the gym from 5pm-6.30pm.
I am looking for a 4 day per week rental - I have no need for Friday - Sunday nights.
I can provide full references if required.
My budget is £430 per month If paying by bank transfer or £400 if paying by cash.
