Room needed in Salford/Eccles/City centre

Professional based in Manchester.
I work in Salford royal but have lived in the city center for quote some time so happy either near work or near city!

Im social and friendly but love my space and appreciate others need theirs too. I'm more of a glass of wine at home girl opposed to party animal but can be persuaded out occasionally. I gym, hike and love a walk for a coffee but a huge chunk of my time is taken up by work these days so I won't be under anyones feet

I like to consider myself clean and considerate, take the bins with me on my way out sort of vibes etc
Im Queer and ND but its not a requirement of new housemates to be either as long as there's a chill respectful vibe to the place

Happy to discuss buddy ups and possible buildings to live in. Ones I've looked into in the past would be chapel wharf, church street in eccles, alto etc!
