40 year old charity worker looking in SE London

I'm a 40 year old from the Northeast originally but been in London for the last 15 years. I work in the charity sector, been at Citizens Advice for the last 10 years. Think I'm a pretty good person to live with, relaxed and sociable but with enough of my own stuff going on - as well as going out to pub, gigs, cinema etc I also write and perform comedy in my spare time. Normally this means I'm out 2/3 nights a week. Ideally looking for either a whole place to rent short term (max budget £1700) or a flatshare (max budget £1000).
