Wanted for two / three days a week / monthly

Hello I am looking for a large single or double room in a house or flat to share with one or two others. This would ideally be for 2 to 3days days each month Tuesday and Wednesdays , leaving on
a Thursday morning as I have a home out of this area.

Occasionally (every two or three months) I may want to stay on a weekend, but this would be by arrangement.
I am happy to share with the owner of the home and prefer a female.

As I have work in the area I need to be in either Chandler's Ford / Eastleigh or Chilworth / Bassett areas so I can get to my work quickly.

I have a car so need safe parking and if the place is near some parks or places to walk this would be great. Having lived in chandler's ford for a while I have friends here so want to see them regularly. I will need to be able to prepare a modest meal each evening that I stay. Use of a microwave would be ideal.
Access to a kettle to make a drink would be appreciated.

I am happy to discuss options to get the best fit or arrangements to suit both parties.
