Hi, I'm Tay, I'm a 24 year old trans woman, freelance artist.
I am currently on UC and PIP.
Ideally, I'm looking to live with other trans people or queer people, but that is not 100% necessary so long as its a safe environment for me.
My income from this is roughly 1000 a month, plus 400 from housing benefits, as well as any money I make from commissions etc.
I need enough room for a 2 by 1 meter desk (roughly) some storage for clothes and other belongings. Ideally I'd like a double bed, but a single is also fine.
I generally keep myself to myself, but I'm willing to talk about boundaries and I try to keep open communication.
