Need a buddy up for a 2 bed flat

Hi all !!

I’m looking for someone to buddy up with for a 2 bed flat ideally in Kidbrooke / Eltham.

I work as a doctor currently in Bromley so ideally want a shortish drive to work.

Place needs to have parking also!!

I’m pretty chill, like to keep tidy, enjoy nights in and nights out, cooking fun stuff, hikes, movies, wine nights etc

Would love to be friends with who I live with!!
Ideally wanting a place to host some cute dinners and games nights too so would love to live with someone on a similar page

Budget £1100-1200 without bills
I have found a few places in Kidbrooke that look super nice with gym etc included !!!

Move in date is flexible , I’m thinking maybe just before New Year
