Hello!
My name is Santiago, but friends and family call me Santi. I graduated with a BA in Politics in 2023 and have lived in London for several years. I work full-time in an office on City Road, near Old Street, so I'm looking for somewhere within about 45 minutes of there.
I'm looking for a room in a shared flat with a proper shared living room (not just a sofa in the kitchen). I'm not looking to lodge with a live-in landlord. My budget is up to £900 a month, ideally including bills, and I'm flexible on the move-in date.
People tell me I'm easy to get along with, and I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy. In my free time I follow history and current affairs. I'm allergic to cats, so I'd prefer a home with no pets.
I finish work at 5 pm, so a short video tour after that time is the easiest first step for me.
