Hello everyone,
I’m Arduino, 27, an engineer (British/Italian), and I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out.
The flat is modern and in a very central location, while still being quiet thanks to double-glazed windows. You’d be sharing with me.
Rent: £950 per month (bills included)
Council tax: approx. £92 per month
I work a typical 9–5, split between the office and working from home.
I’m looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and comfortable sharing a space. The landlord will require standard financial and reference checks as part of the application process.
