Wanted in Weymouth

I am looking for single person accommodation near (up to 10 mins drive) Portland Harbour as a base for windsurfing from May to October 2026. My home is in Bristol and my visits are mainly tied to wind conditions. We rarely get more than 3 days wind at a time so on average I am likely to be in the area around 50% of the time (though I would obviously pay for 7 days per week). I want off road parking for my car & somewhere secure to store windsurfing kit. Normal bedroom furniture desirable; I am a clean, tidy & considerate ex-professional (now man of leisure) manager from the pharmaceutical industry.
