Looking for a 3rd person for a buddy up

We're Tess and Frankie, and we're looking for a third flatmate to help us find a three-bed (two-beds are so pricey!). We met as SpareRoom flatmates 2½ years ago and are now friends, so we believe in the potential of living with someone who starts out as a stranger.

We're currently near Kew Bridge and love being by the river and green spaces, so we're searching nearby (Chiswick, Acton, Ealing, Hammersmith, Putney…). Our budget is around £3,100 a month for the flat, excluding bills, which works out at roughly £900-£1,150 each depending on room size. We'd like to move in around mid-December 2026.

We're both full-time professionals: Tess (mid 30s) works in VFX and Frankie (late 20s) works in the environment sector. We each work from home for part of the week. We aspire to calm, cosy vibes, with the occasional cocktail, craft session and shared dinner.

We're pretty easygoing, but we like to keep the communal areas clean and would expect the same from a flatmate.

We'd love someone friendly, tidy and respectful of each other's space, who's up for the odd hangout but equally happy to do their own thing.
